Our clinical director has been certified by the Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) in the treatment of lymphedema.
Your recovery begins the first time you walk into our clinic. You will be paired with one of our knowledgable and compassionate therapists to help guide you through your recovery. Every treatment session will be one-on-one with your therapist.

Etta Gilbert, OTR, CHT, CLT-LANA
Etta Gilbert is the clinical director of Hand & Upper Extremity Rehabilitation. She has specialized in upper extremity rehabilitation since 1985. After seeing the debilitating affects of lymphedema, she chose to expand the practice to cover lymphedema and became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
Education: Etta Gilbert recieved her degree from Colorado State University in 1980, graduating with honors.
Alice Collini, OTR, CHT, CKTP, C/NDT
Alice brings over 25 years of experience in treating upper extremity injuries to Hand & Upper Extremity Rehabilitation. Prior to coming to our office, she was the Director of Occupational and Hand Therapy at Arlington Memorial Hospital. To enhance her skills Alice became a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. This specialty certification insures your patients will receive the highest level of care for hand and wrist injuries. She has also completed advanced training in neurodevelopmental treatment for regaining upper extremity function following a stroke.
Education: Alice graduated with honors from Texas Women’s University, receiving her bachelor’s degree in 1983.
