During your first visit, you will be evaluated by a licensed occupational therapist. Our therapists have the highest level of certification possible, and will work with you to determine the best treatment for your injury.
Please bring your prescription, forms, insurance card and driver's license with you on your first visit. You can download and print out our forms here.
Occupational therapists work with you to ensure the best possible results in your recovery. Medications and other forms of treatment help in the short term; our goal is your full recovery.
